This is a favorite in my house. Even my one year old cleans his plate! It’s quick and easy to prep and make!!!
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 tub or block of chive & onion cream cheese
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 can golden cream of chicken soup
1 packet of dry Italian salad dressing mix
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into the crockpot. Place the chicken breasts in and lightly cover with the mixture.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours. If you’re using frozen chicken breasts I would add an hour to the above times.
This is great served with either wild rice, brown rice or quinoa along with your favorite veggie. The sauce from the chicken is great on the rice and veggies too!
